Location, location, location – that’s what it’s all about, right? When you’re looking for a master-planned community to call home, the location of the community should be in your top considerations. Whether you are looking for the modern comforts of a big city or a community off the beaten path, Harmony truly is the best of both worlds. We are close enough to the big city of Orlando with all the benefits of a small town far enough away from the hustle and bustle. What’s really unique about Harmony’s location, though, is its proximity to driveable day trip locations your family will love to explore!

Wekiwa Springs

One hour drive from Harmony

Wekiwa Springs is one of Central Florida's best kept secrets. Located at the headwaters of the Wekiva River, Wekiwa Springs give you the opportunity to relax in nature, enjoy a picnic, or take a swim in the cool spring. There are thirteen miles of trails for hiking, bicycling, and horseback riding waiting for you to explore. Canoes and kayaks are available to rent, too. The whole family will love to explore the springs! Plus, you’ll never have to worry about water temperatures – the springs typically stay around 70 degrees, all year long! (Don't you just love Florida?)

Winter Garden

50 minute drive from Harmony

Winter Garden is the perfect place to spend an afternoon with friends or loved ones. Bike along the West Orange trail and you’ll appreciate the old Florida charm in Winter Garden’s historic downtown. There you will find restaurants, shops, a brewery, and more. Winter Garden's Saturday farmers market along its quaint brick-lined streets is something you shouldn't miss!

Melbourne Beach

45 minute drive from Harmony

One of Brevard County's oldest beaches and the closest beach to Harmony, Melbourne Beach is rich in history and beauty. Melbourne Beach is home to dozens of local shops and businesses that make this beach town unique. For all you history nuts, this beach is also home to the Juan Ponce De Leon Landing, which commemorates his 1513 voyage and landing near Melbourne Beach. Aside from a bit of history, this beach is packed full of beautiful, clean sand and friendly faces!
