What makes Harmony such a great place to live? There are many reasons, but a few of our favorites have to be Buck Lake and Cat Lake. Everyone who walks out on the docks at Buck Lake falls in love with the beauty and tranquility of this 511-acre natural wonder. Buck Lake and Cat Lake are pristine and protected, with shorelines rimmed with trees.
Master-planned communities and home builders are often labeled as being “cookie cutter” or unoriginal. In reality, Harmony and other master-planned communities out there are anything but! There’s so much more that goes into a home than just picking a floor plan, and so much planning and involvement with the community members to create an environment where everyone feels at home. Harmony’s for everyone.
Harmony’s community plan welcomes all, whether you are single, married, raising a family or looking for your little slice of paradise. Our neighborhoods include townhomes and single family homes in a variety of sizes, styles and prices. We have seven amazing builders who make Harmony exteriors and interiors beautiful. If you grew up reading classic fables, you know the story of the town mouse and the country mouse. But for those of you who may have forgotten, or never heard the story, let us fill you in a little bit...
Country mouse loves his little home until his cousin from the big city comes to visit and tells him all about his life there. In the northeast corner of Harmony, at the end of Five Oaks Drive, you’ll find a rustic wooden gate and a footpath leading to Cat Lake. Follow it and within five minutes you’ll discover one of Harmony’s most pristine natural wonders. A majestic copse of live oaks springs up from the shoreline like a welcome sign as you walk up.
The 460-acre freshwater lake and surrounding wetlands are completely natural. No playgrounds, no boardwalks, no restrooms – Mother Nature in all of her glory. Come solo or bring your tribe. Either way, let Cat Lake inspire you to get outdoors and soak in the good vibes.
